The mosaic hop's story is as colourful as its name suggests. This hop variety was born from a cross between Simcoe and Nugget, creating a dynamic flavour profile that combines tradition and innovation.

Our "Mosaic Mosaic" print draws inspiration from two key elements: the hop's artistic namesake, the mosaic, subtly underpinned by a vibrant colour palette that mirrors the fruity flavours it brings to beer. How does it taste?

Developed as a cross breed of two well very well regarded hops, it is often described as giving flavours of mango, pine, citrus and herbs as well as aromas of tropical and stone fruit.
