Introducing Wakatū! Released in 1988, this dual-use New Zealand hop is a triple delight of two-thirds Hallertauer Mittelfrüher and one-third New Zealand male. Wakatū packs a punch with its intense, robust aroma.

The bold aesthetic of this design draws from the land of Wakatū's hop roots – Aotearoa, or New Zealand – It features our 'hop warrior' mask, paying an artistic tribute to Māori folk art.

How does it taste?

This hop is a limelight-stealer, boasting a unique lime flavour, but with a subtle floral finish that'll have you raising your mug for an encore. It's so versatile, you'll want it in every pint!
